Senior Design Manager, PMU
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with product definers from business units to refine new product definitions for analog power management ICs.
Select the optimal topology and composition of designs to achieve the best possible performance, yield and testability.
Lead, mentor and train a group of 20-30 junior design and layout engineers.
Work with test and characterization engineers to develop a thorough characterization and production test strategy.
Qualifications:
BSEE and at least 10 years of industry experience
Strong design skills and layout expertise is required
Solid experience in following areas:
- bandgap voltage references
- switching voltage regulators
- LDO regulators
- operational amplifiers
- DACs and ADCs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Able to prioritize tasks into a logical sequence of events
Able to make realistic plans based on the required tasks and target deadlines
