Education: Bachelor or above.

Requirements:

3+ year Physical design experience required.

Experience in full flow PnR from floorplanning to postRoute timing closure large blocks or chips.

Expertise in clock design and CTS.

Good timing debug skill is a must.

Expertise in power grid design and power analysis.

Expertise in low power flow (power gating, multi-Vt, voltage islands, dynamic voltage scaling, body biasing, etc) is a plus.

Hands on experience with IR drop debug, DRC/LVS, LEC is a plus.

Experience with Hierarchical design is a plus.

Experience in taping out multiple technologies is a plus.

Experience in IR drop analysis is a plus.

Experience with timing constraint development is a plus.

Experience in synthesis and STA is a plus.

Programming experience in Tcl is required. Perl is a plus.
