• Deep dive analysis of business development and potential customer in VN
• Investigation of new business models to generate business in VN
• Definition of eScooter product requirements for VN-market
Sales Role for AED-ES
• Customer Relations management, identification of key players and project customers presentation and Pre-acquisition
• Quotation and price negotiation with customer
• Follow up on escooter relevant local legislation and support in advocacy.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree, technical background
Strong experience and Affinity to Motorcycle Business/ Market in Vietnam (around 10 years)
• Very good presentation and communication skills
• Very strong initiative and creative
• Strong communication English and Vietnamese communication

***Main tasks
• Senior Sales Engineer is the direct interface to customers, responsible for coordination of all activities and projects with customers and to reach at least set targets under consideration of resources.
• To analyze and develop customers’ base including segmentation, identifying potentials and specific needs.
• To develop and implement department project sales strategy and account plan with the customers and influencers in the defined regional area.
• To develop new project accounts and maintain strong relationship with key influencers, authorities, and business associations in the security and communication systems business within his region.
• To co-ordinate with Business Development team to identify market segments and verticals for sales opportunity and Marketing team to generate demand to maximize results.
• To co-ordinate the assigned project sales activities, implement and maintain all project- related support activities from other Bosch departments.
• To be responsible for customer and end-user relations/ relationship management.
• To design customer specific solutions and offers.
• To plan and implement sales training courses to customers, partners, consultants and specifies.
• To ensure that customer’s needs for design solution, quotation and products are met promptly.

• At least 5 years working experience in the position of technical sales and marketing with proven sales record.

• Well established contacts to market driving parties, consultants and influencers.
