Description 

Industrial Engineers plan plant, production facilities and equipment layouts, determines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow, and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. Develops metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output, and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.

Qualifications 

A Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Good analytical and mathematical modeling skills are critical to success. MS Excel experience highly preferred
Open minded, curious with appetite for learning, keen aptitude for problem solving and creativity is essential
Good written and verbal communication skills required
Must be a self-starter and be able to work well in ambiguous situations
