What You Will Do
***Main tasks:
- Responsible for checking and monitoring process and take the lead in process problem solving activities
- Support machine installation, start up and running of production processes and machine release
- Responsible for improving processes (safety, quality and delivery), linking processes to optimize line capacity and take the lead in problem solving activities
- Initiate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements
- Support Shop floor management cycle (SMC) to achieve KPIs of production.
- Start up and monitor Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to achieve cost, quality and volume targets.
- Conduct process FMEA to identify any quality risks
- Involve in release of new lines, products, initial sample run (ISR), quality gate review (QGR).
What You Are Good At
***Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electricals/ Industrial Engineering
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in industrial manufacturing environment
- Good problem analysis and solving skill
- Strong team work and creativity
- Good process management skill
- Good at English communication skill
- Good at computer skills: Microsoft Office
***Additional information:
- Working location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province
- Working time: 44 hours per week (from Monday to Friday)
