Our client is foreign company looking for an experienced person to fill the CPU DFT Engineer Position.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering
- 2 years background in DFT Scan Insertion
- Proficient with Synopsys DC or Mentor Test Kompress
- ATE Tester Experience is a plus
- At_speed OCC experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform DFT insertion for Advanced Multi-Core CPU
o Serializer
o Design-For-Debug (DFD)
o MBIST etc
- Perform ATPG Debug / ATPG Pattern Generation / Simulation / Coverage Analysis for
o Scan_Shift / Scan_Capture
o OCC Shift / OCC Capture
- DFT Constraints Generation & Verification
- Perform STA for CPU Signoff
- Low Power Formal Verification for CPU
