Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities
- Follow the matching schedule from team leader, match the colour with high efficiency, high quality  to delivery to customer timely.
- Match the colour exactly to save RMs used and improve colour match efficiency.
- Ensure doing right formula to avoid NRFT and NG in process
- Conduct 5S in technical area
- Set up and optimize the metallic formulation backbone
- Set up and optimize the lab bonding condition
- Suggest bonding condition for production
- Cooperate with CTS/KAM to conduct powder trial at customer line and feedback to site team
 
Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):
- Graduated from intermediatelevel or above in Chemistry
- Computer skills (Office software: Word, excel, powerpoint)
- English communication

Priorities:
- Candidates who have permanent residence in Dong Nai
- Candidates with experience in QC or techniques in factory paint or chemical production.
- Candidates with good communication skills in English
