•Ensuring the proper training and good training for employees.
•Structured and ad hoc recording of training needs of department Manufacturing.
•Recording the internal knowledge and skills of department Manufacturing.
•Exploring the external training market.
•According to the company method, set up a training schedule.
•Develop education and training.
•Organizing training courses and in terms of teaching materials, space, time and acceptance by the organization.
•Providing training.
•Organize and conduct tests.
•Supervising students.
•Preparing reports for the steering group training.
•Tracking the availability matrix.
•Tracking the performance indicator.

Kỹ năng công việc:
       •Knowledge/Requirements:
- Systematics and training capabilities
- Mass production and process industry.
- Training techniques.
- Presentation techniques.
- Statistical techniques.
          •Crafts is required for:
- Handling of computer, telephone and training resources.
         •Complexity:
Working within the framework of the training procedures. Consultations with the group leader, the department heads and researchers. Determine the sequence of work and content of education and training. Is authorized within the budgets to deliver training. Obtains consent for external commands (hiring consultants and trainers). Evaluates results of self-education, training and testing.
          •Responsible for:
- Correct and efficient running of the programs.
- Good advice on training (trends, possibilities).
          •There are contacts with:
- Group leader on the daily operations, progress and problems.
- Department heads, supervisors and other leaders about the training program, and its possible content.
- Carriers of knowledge about the potential contribution of new courses.
- Colleagues in the department of ongoing work.
- External consultants and training courses on potential.
- Grant providers about opportunities and information.
