Bạn Sẽ Làm Gì
• To build Server & Storage hardware solutions
• Backup and Storages
• Set up server for customers
• Customer support and PC troubleshooting
• On Site Servers Maintenance (Active Directory, File, SQL, Mail, Application)
• Regularly visiting customer sites and checking their systems
• Reporting and proposing KAIZEN to the customer
• Get a customer's requirement correctly, and feedback to Sales and SE Team.
• Address simple technical issue and escalate the difficult issue to SE team and Higher Level.
For Senior Position:
- To take responsibility on the assigned Projects and to works based on defined functions
• Solution(s) Consulting
• PJ Implementation & Management
• Operations & Maintenance
• Maintain Customer Relationship
• KAIZEN Improvement
- Able to consults & compose solutions based on collected requirement, take care of Large Projects (from Pre-Sales to Post-Sales phase)
- Ensure Project qualities, supplier’s behaviour by managing & controlling vendor(s) works
- To maintain and support the Customers and other teams as Customer Manager
- To lead/advice other engineers and support them in the project implementation
- To be able to lead small group of Engineers in project implementation, control and manage progress status, report to line manager timely
Chuyên Môn Của Bạn
+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher - if in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field it is an added advantage.
+ Aged from 25 to 35.
+ At least 2-3 years experience in a similar position.
+ Experience of design, installation and support of Windows server, LAN/WAN, Security device, PBX and cabling.
+ Good understanding of hardware such as server, LAN switch, router, Firewall, network printer, TV conference system, PBX and software such as Microsoft Windows, anti-virus, backup software.
+ Good understanding of ICT related knowledge - TCP/IP Concept, Network Security, Messaging System, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, files & print sharing, Network performance monitoring and troubleshooting
Cisco/Microsoft Certification is an added advantage.
Certified of position responsibilities related field: Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE); Cisco (CCNP/CCDP, CCIE/CCDE, CISSP); Juniper (JNCIP, JNCIE); Checkpoint (CCSE, CCMSE); VMware (VCP, VCAP, VCDX); CEH; etc.
