Mô tả công việc

Nghiên cứu và thực hiện phát triển các phân hệ phần mềm, các phương tiện phát triển và qui trình phát triển phần mềm

Tích cực tham gia vào qui trình phát triển, kiểm soát các yêu cầu từ người dung để đưa ra giải pháp phù hợp.

Thiết kế và phát triển các giải pháp CNTT nhằm hỗ trợ việc kinh doanh hiệu quả

Xây dựng các phân hệ CNTT theo đúng qui chuẩn phát triển phần mềm hiện hành

Xây dựng tài liệu kỹ thuật miêu tả đầy đủ việc thiết kế và xây dựng các phân hệ CNTT.

Tham gia chỉnh sửa các lỗi phát sinh trong quá trình sử dụng của người dùng

Cập nhật và báo cáo tiến độ cho cấp quản lý

Đảm bảo các chính sách để quản lý và xử lý lỗi của hệ thống lõi bảo hiểm được chính xác và sử dụng có hiệu quả

Yêu cầu công việc

Tốt nghiệp đại học các ngành có liên quan đến CNTT và phát triển phần mềm

Trình độ tiếng anh tương đương TOEIC 680, IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 91

Thành thạọ các kỹ năng tin học văn phòng bao gồm: Word, Excel, Powerpoint,

Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc phát triển phần mềm hoặc phân tích nghiệp vụ

Có kinh nghiệm trong việc phát triển phần mềm trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng và bảo hiểm…

Có khả năng tốt trong giao tiếp, xử lý lỗi, khả năng phân tích và làm việc theo nhóm.

Job description

Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company’s application portfolio, development tools, and development procedures

Actively participate in the development and review of business and system requirements to obtain a thorough understanding of business needs in order to deliver accurate solutions

Design application solutions that fully implement business requirements.

Develop high quality software code in accordance with established company standards and development guidelines.

Provide technical documentation that accurately and thoroughly depicts the software design and code base

Perform adequate unit testing of own and other developers’ application development work. At a minimum, unit testing should ensure all requirements have been addressed, all basic functionality works, and errors are handled properly.

Expeditiously troubleshoot application production issues that resolve the issues without causing additional problems

Provide updates to the Application Development Manager and Project Managers on work in progress, work completed, and work planned, and issues potentially impacting the on time completion or quality level of work.

Ensure that policies and procedures for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting GIC core system are complete, accurate, up-to-date, and effective.

Job Requirements

BA/BS in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

English qualification equivalent to TOEIC 680, IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 91

Very good command of, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

At least 2 years experience in Software development

Experience in software development for insurance, bank …

Experience in MVC and different programming framework/ languages: .NET, C#, Java…

Excellent communication skills, problem solving and crisis management skills, and strong analytical skills with the ability to work as an effective member of a team.
